Due to the NBA lockout, the Oklahoma City Thunder needed a way to get their season ticket holders to choose an option plan for their unused season tickets. The Present4 program, combined with integrated data and PURLs that displayed each season ticket holder's account information, became an integral part of getting ticket holders to choose their option plan. Present4 was able to clearly explain to season ticket holders how to choose their options and also addressed common concerns. The Present4 program was so successful that the Oklahoma City Thunder received a 95% response rate, compared to 30%, which was the next highest response rate in the industry. Present4 was clearly an effective choice for communicating a complex topic to season ticket holders.
